Law, regulation and public policy — from defence to design.
Regulatory problems don't stay in one lane. A conduct failure is a legal problem, a governance problem, a systems problem and a behavioural problem — but most advisers only see it through one lens.
We provide strategic regulatory advice to boards and senior leaders in financial services — bringing together legal judgement, regulatory insight, behavioural science and operational expertise around the problems that actually matter.
Founded by a former head of enforcement at the Financial Services Authority and senior City law firm partner, with a multidisciplinary panel of practitioners who have advised, regulated and led across the sector.
We are typically engaged when regulatory issues become serious — during investigations, supervisory escalation or internal disagreement about risk. We do not replace external counsel or consulting firms. We work alongside them, advising boards and senior executives directly on the decisions for which they are accountable.
